The Community Learning Development Center (CLDC) is established to be the fundamental key for the effective provision of different NFE, and also to serve as the venues for all other development activities with the ownership by target villages. Following this concept the CLDC handing over ceremony was organized for 14 target villages in Nong and Sepone district. The handing-over was proceeded cheerfully together with the representative from District Education and Sport of Sepon and District and also receiving happy greetings by the village authorities. DVV International and Welthungerhilfe contributed through the SCOPE project. After the ceremony, all villagers and staff had set up the sports and game competitions for this special occasion and participated joyfully. They were awards from the Education and Sports office in the Province in order to praise for the winner and the winning teams.
