In accordance with the agreement of the minister of education and sports with an appointment of a committee responsible for research, creation and development (draft) of the National Action Plan for Lifelong Learning was held from November 02-03, 2023 in Vang Vieng district, Vientiane province under the chairmanship of Dr. Phout Simmalavong minister of ministry of education and sports; At the same time , there are directors and deputy directors of departments from ministries, state organizations equivalent to ministries and departments around the ministry of education and sports, directors of superintendent of non-formal education, the non-formal education centers in the North and the South, the heads and deputy heads of education and sports of the provinces/capital, directors and advisors from DVV International to attend the meeting, a total of 78 men and 23 women.
The purpose of the panel this is to review, research and endorse basically the structure and content of the National Lifelong Learning; Review and improve mechanism of implementation of each position of treatment for lifelong writing, as well as organize the development, advertising, and dissemination of lifelong learning.
