Non-Formal Education development Center (NFEDC) held the workshop of learning and sharing experiences on non-formal education trainers, from 26-29 September 2023 in Vangvieng District Vientiane Province. The workshop was shared by Mrs. Khambay, General Director of NFEDC, Mr Christoph Jost, DVVI Regional Director, and Mr. Seng A Loun, DNFE Deputy General Director.
This workshop took place with the integration of the trainers from Adult Education and Women Empowerment Project. The event was attended by various participants across the DVVI projects, this allowed for much more sharing and learning purposes. The event facilitators/organizers aimed that participating trainers would gain more knowledge and skills about the project implementation. Concrete detailed objectives are on learning - sharing ToT experiences, and together with future planning and networking among NFE ToT (ToMT & WEP).
The After Action Review (AAR) implemented for this workshop, this strategy is a structured process for reflecting on workshop to identify lessons learned and improve future performance. The results shown that most participants satisfied with the given contents and methodologies presented to them. The most wanted topics for future training are about the soft skills, coaching strategies, and digital marketing.
In conclusion, the overall satisfaction rate of the workshop is highly appreciated and required by all participants as they can be gathered, and share their experiences, also learn some new skills and knowledge provided to them.
