The ceremony was attended by Lao PDR's official authorities, Assoc Prof Dr. Khamphay Sisavanh, Deputy Ministry of Labour and Education, Dr. Ka Saleumsouk, NFE Director General of the Ministry of Education and Sports and Mr. Somsy Southivong, NFEDC Director; from the international partners' side, Mr. Uwe Gartenschlaeger, DVV International Regional Director, Mr Christian Olk, German Embassy Head of Cooperation, Ms Sophie Wilkinson, Australian Embassy Second Secretary and a lot of other guests.
The international trainers who made the ToMT possible, Ms Anita Borkar from ASPBAE, Dr Jose Robert Guevara and Prof.. Bruce wilson, from RMIT Melbourne, Ms Miura Ushio from UNESCO Bangkok, and, Ms Joanne Binns from Australian Volunteers as well as the two Lao trainers Mr Souphap Khounvixay, from NFEDC and Ms Beykham Saleumsouk, our Project Manager and Capacity Development Officer, were officially thanked by the Ministry's authorities and DVV International.
