DVV International has been working in Cambodia since 2009 in support of adult education and lifelong learning. Since 2017, DVV International established its office in Phnom Penh. In the project phase from 2021 to 2023, DVV International works with the following partners:

Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), especially with the Departments of Non-formal Education and Youth (DNFE) and the LLL Policy Secretariat, as a central partner at the macro and meso levels
Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) is a local non-profit organization with many years of experience in literacy training with indigenous people in Ratanakiri province and other Northeastern regions of Cambodia.
