The Department for Non-Formal Education (DNFE) in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) is DVV International´s main partner to affect change in terms of legislative frameworks, policies and financing of ALE.

Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) is a local non-profit organization with many years of experience in literacy training with indigenous people in Ratanakiri province and other Northeastern regions of Cambodia.

The Faculty of Education of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), which specializes in teacher training, conducts research on ALE and Lifelong Learning which can be used to improve ALE methodologies and programmes, as well as to create evidence of the positive impact of adult learning and education.
