Ms Domingo meeting Vice-Minister HE Lytou Bouapao, on the right: Uwe Gartenschlaeger, Regional Director DVV International

Ms Zenaida Domingo, former specialist of SEAMEO INNOTECH, Philippines, will support the Department for Non-Formal Education in drafting the first Lifelong Learning Policy for Lao PDR. Supported by DVV International and UNESCO Regional Office Bangkok, she will consult on how to streamline the concept of Lifelong Learning into the education policy and on how to inform education staff on all levels about the Lifelong Learning concept. Ms Domingo will stay in Lao PDR for three month. One of her first meetings took place with Vice-Minister HE Lytou Bouapao, who informed her about the objectives of her mission.
